1. Single Point of Contact (SPOC):
After submitting your visa application, only one authorized person (family member or applicant) should communicate with our office. Multiple follow-ups from different family members cause confusion and delays and will not be entertained.
2. Communication Channels and Office Timings:
No status updates or questions will be answered via WhatsApp messages. Official communication will be shared via email or WhatsApp on your registered number only.
Our office working hours are 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Sunday is a holiday.
3. No Frequent Follow-Ups:
Visa and immigration processes take time. Please avoid calling or messaging repeatedly for status updates. We will inform you immediately whenever there is any progress.
4. Respectful Communication:
We expect professional and respectful communication from all clients and their family members. Any misbehavior or serious verification issues may lead to immediate cancellation of the visa process, and a 100% refund will be provided.
5. Visa Process Subject to Government Rules:
Visa processing depends entirely on government policies, embassy procedures, and regulations, over which we have no control.
6. No Cancellation After Process Start:
Once a visa process has begun, it cannot be canceled.
7. Refund Policy:
Refund requests will be accepted only within 60 days from the application date.
8. Authenticity of Documents:
If any documents submitted are found forged or fake, no guarantee will be provided, and neither documents nor fees will be refunded.
9. Privacy and Inquiries:
Please do not inquire about other clients’ visa status or details on WhatsApp. If needed, you may call us directly.
10. Insistence and Trust:
If you feel distrustful or negative about the process or service, please do not insist on continuing consultation or processing.
11. Additional Charges:
Visa fees, travel medical insurance, courier charges, appointment fees, confirmed flight bookings, and VFS (Visa Facilitation Services) fees must be paid separately by the client during the process.
12. No Guarantee of Visa Approval:
No one can guarantee visa approval. However, please honestly answer these questions to assess your eligibility:
Do you have good education, degree, or work experience?
Are you between 18 and 40 years of age?
Have you been rejected before?
Are you married?
Do you have basic knowledge of English?
Do you have a genuine job or business in India?
If your answers are positive, we will work hard to help you achieve good results but the final decision rests with immigration authorities.
13. Uncertainty of Future:
No one can predict your visa outcome as the future is uncertain.
14. Company Disclaimer:
DIZINI WORLDWIDE Limited provides visa and immigration services but does not guarantee the outcome, processing times, or verification of any visa.
15. Visa Interview Refusal:
If your visa is refused due to improper or incomplete answers during the visa interview, you must accept the refusal paperwork (“PAPER”) as final.
16. Realistic Expectations and Trust in Process:
If you don’t know what is going to happen in your own future tomorrow, then how can we decide or guarantee your future 100%? Visa approval is never certain. Instead, we encourage you to move forward with us only after verifying our company background, the honesty of our team, our hard work, and our past visa success record.
